Howie served the citizens of Louisiana for 45 years as a prosecutor on both the state and federal levels with the last 22 years as an Assistant District Attorney in St. Charles Parish. Howie was instrumental in the early formation of the group that was to form Dat Dads’ Club. He will be sorely missed by friends and family.
